“Bird of Prey” is the latest full-length documentary about the Philippine eagle, the Philippines’ national bird, and one of the world’s rarest and most endangered raptors. Directed and produced by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology (CLO) of New York, USA, the film was shot by Emmy Award-winning cinematographer Neil Rettig. It has received at least 16 awards at various film festivals across the world and has been screened in multiple cities in the US.

Everyone is invited to the opening program for the three-day free screening of the film cut on 20 November 2020.

The current pandemic must not prevent us from learning about the Philippine eagle. As former WWF-Philippines President Lory Tan says in the film, “the Filipinos must know why the Philippine eagle is our national bird”.
