In celebration of the 47th founding anniversary of UP Tacloban, the Kalungganayan community vegetable garden, undertaken in cooperation with the All UP Workers Union (AUPWU) Tacloban Chapter, will be opened with a ceremonial planting on 26 May 2020 at 4:00 PM. The word ‘kalungganayan’ means “benefit, bringing in abundance or wealth or livelihood to people”. It also means “blessing” or “grace”.
